Job summary

OKX in Dubai seeks a senior VIP client acquisition and relationships leader to drive growth with high-value clients across the MENA region. You will acquire new VIP accounts, nurture ongoing portfolios, and collaborate with growth, product, and BI teams to optimize the client journey.

You will leverage market intelligence, referrals, and events to build a robust pipeline while guiding clients through OKX’s products and onboarding processes. English fluency required; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business development, account management, VIP sales, or client services within cryptocurrency, finance, FX, or a related field.
• Proven track record of acquiring VIP or high-value clients and successfully managing and growing client portfolios.
• Strong relationship-building, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to pipeline development and portfolio growth.
• Experience working with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
• An established network within the MENA trading, investment, or digital asset ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Open to business travel across MENA and other regions as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard prospective VIP clients across the MENA region while serving as the primary point of contact for an existing portfolio.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through strategic outreach, consistent communication, client profiling, and a deep understanding of their trading needs.
• Develop a strong pipeline of high-value prospects through market intelligence, industry networks, referrals, events, and other relevant channels.
• Guide prospective and existing clients through OKX’s product offerings, VIP structure, onboarding journey, and platform updates.
• Drive revenue growth by converting new opportunities, increasing engagement across existing accounts, and identifying ways to scale business partnerships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across growth, product, and BI teams to support client acquisition and deliver optimal experiences throughout the client lifecycle.
• Contribute to regional growth strategies and actively participate in online and offline marketing activities, client engagements, and industry events.
