Job summary

Binance VIP & Institutional team is hiring for a senior sales-focused role focused on acquiring and developing relationships with global institutional and VIP clients. The role requires coordination across regions, extensive CRM use, and travel to bespoke events.

You will work remotely in a global team, collaborating with market participants, hedge funds, asset managers, and private banks. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, with 3–10 years in sales within international finance and a

Qualifications

3–10 years working experience in sales and client services with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales.
Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc.
Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure.
Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs.
Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.
Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback.
