Job summary

Ohana Development seeks an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead ultra-luxury hospitality across offices, showrooms, events, and VIP engagements in the UAE. The role requires coordinating guest services, official protocol, and top-tier presentation for high-net-worth individuals, government representatives, and senior officials.

You will manage hospitality teams, liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers, and ensure discretion, professionalism, and flawless guest

Qualifications

• UAE National mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Relations, Communications or related discipline preferred.
• 5–8 years of luxury hospitality, VIP protocol, government relations, or high-profile event management experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, premium showrooms, or corporate environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospitality operations across offices, showrooms, reception areas and events.
• Manage VIP guest relations, including high-net-worth individuals and senior executives.
• Apply UAE protocol and etiquette for official visits and events.
• Coordinate hospitality for executive meetings, investor relations, and client presentations.
• Manage hospitality for property launches, showroom openings, and private events.
• Lead and develop hospitality staff, set responsibilities and standards.
• Oversee procurement, vendors, budgets, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
