Confidential is seeking an experienced Director of Hospitality Operations to lead end‑to‑end hospitality functions in the UAE, ensuring exceptional service, regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all departments.

The role oversees Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, engineering, housekeeping, and guest relations, driving efficiency, cost control, health and safety standards, and coordination with government authorities to maintain luxury standards in hotels, resorts, or large-scale

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
• 12–15 years of hospitality experience with senior leadership.
• Experience across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee governmental inspections, audits, CID requirements and coordination with relevant authorities.
• Drive operational efficiency, service excellence, cost optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Lead departmental heads, manage operational budgets and ensure adherence to established hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Engineering operations.
• Strong understanding of UAE hospitality regulations, CID requirements and government compliance.
• Experience managing luxury hospitality properties, hotels, resorts or large-scale hospitality operations.
• Excellent leadership, financial management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive operational experience across all hospitality functions, rather than expertise limited to a single department.
