Job summary

Rixos in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to deliver personalized, VIP-focused service throughout the guest journey. You will manage VIP arrivals, check-in/out, and special requests, coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless experiences.

The role requires experience in luxury hospitality, with German and Russian language skills preferred. You will maintain accurate guest profiles in OPERA, uphold confidentiality and grooming

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Relations/Front Office in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Fluent or business-level German and Russian preferred.
• Discretion, professionalism and guest privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare VIP arrivals, room allocation, amenities and special requests.
• Assist VIP check-in/out and in-room orientation when required.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and records in OPERA.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate VIP amenities, celebrations, and transportation.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
• Maintain guest communications and records daily.
