Job summary

Gymkhana Dubai, opening in DIFC, seeks a Guest Relations Manager to deliver personalised guest experiences and lead service excellence across our new luxury venue. You will be a visible presence on the floor, especially during VIP visits, coordinating with reception, reservations and management to ensure no detail is missed.

This role requires warmth, emotional intelligence and discretion, building strong relationships with VIPs, regulars, corporate clients and referral partners to support

Qualifications

• Previous Dubai restaurant experience.
• Friendly, personable and passionate about food and drink.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible, confident presence on the floor throughout service, especially during VIP visits and key sittings.
• Act as a key point of contact for guest enquiries, feedback, requests and concerns.
• Review SevenRooms ahead of every service with reception, reservations and management.
• Build and maintain real relationships with VIPs, regulars, corporate clients and referral partners.
• Coordinate VIP visits, celebrations and bespoke requests across the relevant teams.
• Follow up personally with guests after their visit, especially VIPs and regulars.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with guest information.
