Job summary

Paramount Hotels Dubai is seeking a talented guest services professional to join its front desk team. The role focuses on welcoming guests, understanding preferences, and delivering personalized service that reflects the resort's luxury standards.

You will handle check-in/out, assist with inquiries, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless stay while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor in line with Paramount's values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Reception or Guest Services at a 5-star hotel.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS.

• Create a unique point of contact for guests before, during and after their stay.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences and requests.
• Build lasting relationships through excellent service and core hotel values.

To create a unique point of contact for our guests, prior, during and after their stay; ensure that all preferences and requests are anticipated and met; offer undivided attention to all guests visiting Paramount Hotel and build lasting relationships by following our core values

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Reception, Guest Services, or Front Stage within an international 5-star hotel, preferably 500+ rooms
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Multilingual or additional language skills are preferred
