Job summary

Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking a guest service professional to be the main point of contact for guests from pre-arrival to post-departure. You will anticipate guest needs, ensuring a seamless experience while upholding the hotel’s core values.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in receptionist/guest service, with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS is preferred to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Receptionist/Guest Service position at Front Stage, preferably in an international five star hotel with more than 500 rooms.
• Bachelor Degree/College Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and OPERA PMS.

Responsibilities

• Create a unique point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences and requests, delivering outstanding service.
