Atlantis The Palm in Dubai is seeking a meticulous VIP Services Coordinator to manage itinerary planning, personalized guest correspondence, and day-to-day operations of the Butler services. You will coordinate guest queries with partners, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver seamless experiences for our ultra-luxury guests.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in hospitality or equivalent, plus 2 years of coordinator or agent experience handling customer requests, queries, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related discipline.
• 2 years of experience coordinating or handling customer requests, queries and complaints by phone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate itinerary planning, personalized guest correspondence, stay preparation, transport, hotel, F&B and activities bookings.
• Manage guest queries with partners, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative needs of the VIP Services department.
