Job summary

Excis Compliance ltd in the United Arab Emirates is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on hardware, networking and desktop support at BH-owned locations. The role requires handling VIP support, AV and conference room technologies, and ensuring smooth IT operations with adherence to BH guidelines.

You will diagnose hardware, software and network incidents, triage on-site, and escalate per policy, while delivering proactive service to a global client base.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Desktop Support or related IT roles.
• Hands-on support for hardware, networking, and IT asset management.
• Ability to provide VIP support and manage AV and UC equipment.
• Good communication with local language and intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands and feet support for hardware networking and desktop-related activities including installation break/fix vendor coordination and on-site triage.
• Deliver VIP support by offering proactive tailored IT assistance managing audio-visual equipment and conference room technology.
• Respond to and resolve hardware, software and network incidents promptly, prioritizing and escalating as required.
