The role requires handling VIP support, AV and conference room technologies, and ensuring smooth IT operations with adherence to BH guidelines.

You will diagnose hardware, software and network incidents, triage on-site, and escalate per policy, while delivering proactive service to a global client base.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in Desktop Support or related IT roles.
• Hands-on support for hardware, networking, and IT asset management.
• Ability to provide VIP support and manage AV and UC equipment.
• Good communication with local language and intermediate English.
