Job summary

StraitsX, a leading digital assets platform, is building a Dubai hub to serve the EMEA market. This role targets prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-value institutional merchants across the GCC, including crypto exchanges, card issuers, and traditional financial institutions.

You will secure partnerships for StraitsX's full infrastructure, including dedicated virtual accounts, cross-border settlement rails, and fiat-to-stablecoin conversion, while aligning with VARA, DIFC/DFSA rules, and

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of business development experience in stablecoin issuance, payments infrastructure, or institutional digital assets in the GCC region.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close high-value institutional merchants across the GCC region.
• Pitch and secure commercial partnerships for StraitsX's infrastructure suite, including DVA for exchanges and cross-border rails.
• Sell fiat-to-stablecoin conversion rails to institutional buyers, addressing treasury and liquidity needs.
• Manage long-cycle enterprise deals with treasury, product, and compliance stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and leadership to align sales with VARA, DIFC/DFSA requirements.
• Formulate regional GTM strategy and establish early client success stories for expansion.
