Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Reception Manager for our Japanese Restaurant within the resort's F&B team. You will proactively manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest communications to ensure a flawless arrival experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of front-of-house leadership in luxury hospitality, fluent English, and familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide 5‑Star standards. SevenRooms experience is highly valued and global guest interaction is routine.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, pre-arrival guest communications, and VIP requests
• Review guest profiles to tailor personalized service
• Coordinate VIP experiences with management, culinary, and service teams
• Oversee seating flow, waitlists, and queue management
• Lead and train the reception team in guest engagement and service standards
• Provide daily briefings on reservations and service pacing
• Capture guest feedback and support service recovery and follow-up
