Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Reception Manager for its Steakhouse within the resort's Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on delivering Forbes Travel Guide standard service from guest arrival through post-visit follow‑up.

You will lead a front‑of‑house team, oversee reservations and VIP handling, and collaborate with culinary and service colleagues to optimize seating flow and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in reception/front-of-house at a luxury property or premium restaurant.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued.
• Experience with Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star service standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage pre-arrival guest communications, reservations and VIP arrangements.
• Review guest profiles to anticipate needs and deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate VIP experiences with management, culinary and service teams.
