Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Reception Manager – Japanese Restaurant to join the resort’s Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on leading front-of-house operations, VIP guest experiences, and personalized service in a luxury hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of reception experience in upscale venues, fluency in English, and additional language skills to interact with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on reception/front-of-house experience in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage pre-arrival guest communication, reservations, preferences, and VIP arrangements.
• Review guest profiles to anticipate needs and deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate VIP experiences with management, culinary, and service teams.
• Deliver a warm, polished arrival experience aligned with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
• Oversee reservations, waitlists, and queue management in SevenRooms.
• Lead, coach, and develop the reception team in guest engagement and service standards.
• Conduct daily briefings on reservations and VIPs to ensure proactive service.
