Job summary

Hilton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Personal Concierge Agent to welcome guests, handle special requests, and deliver memorable experiences within the hotel lobby. You will be the main contact for regular and VIP guests and ensure departments are briefed on guest needs.

You will build strong relationships with guests and team members, seek feedback, and respond promptly to inquiries, while upholding Hilton's high standards of hospitality throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Strong numeracy for hotel operations and billing.
• Proficient in inputting information in hotel systems.
• Fluent in spoken and written English for guest communication.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and direct guests entering the lobby.
• Be the main contact for regular and VIP guests and brief hotel departments on their requirements.
