InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Chief Concierge to lead our concierge operations and deliver warm, personalized service to every guest.

You will mentor a team, develop local knowledge, coordinate VIP arrivals, and work closely with Front Office to ensure seamless guest journeys across our luxury resort.

Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus, and hospitality experience at a luxury hotel is ideal.

Qualifications

• Professional leadership and guest-service experience in hotels
• Supervisory experience in concierge settings
• Ability to coach and motivate a team
• Strong local knowledge or ability to develop it quickly
• Able to stay calm, organized, and professional under pressure
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full concierge operation.
• Deliver warm, professional, personalized service to guests.
