Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim in Abu Dhabi is seeking a VIP Concierge for MAF Properties. You will enroll members, welcome guests, and guide them through lounge and mall experiences.

The role emphasizes discreet, personalized service, reservations, travel arrangements, and close coordination with lounge providers.

A hospitality background and at least four years of front desk or concierge experience are required; join a dynamic team delivering exceptional VIP service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality / tourism or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years progressive experience in hospitality, preferably front desk or concierge.

Responsibilities

• Enroll members and welcome new and regular guests at the lounge.
• Provide VIP concierge services including reservations, dining, and transport.
• Maintain a peaceful lounge environment and manage services and housekeeping tasks.
• Personalize visits using member profiles while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate with in-lounge service providers and tenants for requests.
• Stay informed on UAE events and VIP access.

Education
