Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a VIP Lounge Concierge to deliver seamless, bespoke VIP services within our lounge and mall environment in Dubai. You will enroll members, welcome them, explain facilities and services, and coordinate all concierge requests to ensure unforgettable experiences.

You will arrange reservations, dining, transport, and off‑premise activities, while personalizing each visit based on member profiles and preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality /Tourism or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years progressive experience in the Hospitality field preferably as at Front Desk and/or Concierge.

Responsibilities

• Enroll and welcome members, show facilities and describe services, and assist with concierge requests.
• Provide VIP guest information about the mall and local area to ensure outstanding VIP service.
• Maintain a peaceful, service‑oriented lounge environment including F&B service and housekeeping duties.
• Arrange reservations, dining, transportation, entertainment, and off‑premise activities for VIP guests.
• Conduct pre‑arrival calls and personalize each member’s lounge experience.
• Stay informed about UAE events and VIP access to keep contacts updated.
• Manage lounge service bookings, venue preparation and payment.
• Act as Personal Shopper for VIP guests and liaise with lounge providers and tenants.
• Lead VIP campaigns in line with SOPs.

Education
