Job summary

Kerzner International – Bab Al Shams Desert Resort invites an experienced Villas Supervisor to oversee daily villa operations, leading housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. You will supervise staff, ensure villas are spotless and ready for occupancy, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent in hospitality management or related field.
• 3 years minimum experience in a 5-star hotel property in concierge/guest services.
• Efficient computer skills, knowledge of Opera Cloud.
• Departmental trainer and strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day villa operations and ensure readiness for guest occupancy.
• Lead housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams; manage staff schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track villa readiness for check-in.
• Balance and drop receipts; monitor guest balances according to accounting specs.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Upsell to generate additional revenue and improve guest experience.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across villas.
• Prepare reports on villa occupancy, guest feedback, and staff performance.
