Job summary

Kerzner International Limited seeks a Villas Supervisor for Bab Al Shams Desert Resort in Dubai. You will oversee daily villa operations, supervise housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure pristine guest-ready villas with exceptional service.

The role requires leadership, 3+ years in a 5-star property, and strong communication. You will manage schedules, monitor guest satisfaction and coordinate with departments to deliver personalized, seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred.
• At least 3 years on a 5-star hotel property in concierge.
• Proficient computer skills and Opera Cloud knowledge.
• Departmental trainer experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day villa operations.
• Ensure villas are clean, maintained and ready for guests.
• Conduct regular inspections to meet quality standards.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff and schedules.
• Manage guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Prepare occupancy, guest feedback and staff performance reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and control costs.
