Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in luxury hospitality or villa management.
• Experience handling VIP guests and private residences.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for villa guests and provide personalized assistance.
• Manage guest schedules, appointments and special requests.
• Coordinate private events and liaise with vendors for flawless delivery.
• Oversee villa operations, maintenance, and housekeeping coordination.
• Lead staff scheduling, performance, and guest service excellence.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with discretion and empathy.
