voco Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead cleanliness and guest room standards across the hotel. You will mentor room attendants, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, and ensure timely preparation of rooms for VIP arrivals. The role requires 1–2 years in a 4–5 star Dubai hotel and proficiency with Opera PMS.

Formación

• 1–2 years of progressive work-related experience in the same role in a 4- or 5-star city hotel in Dubai.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS.
• Able to train and develop staff; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise room attendants on cleanliness in guestrooms, corridors and service areas.
• Release guestrooms into 'Inspected' status and monitor trolleys and supplies.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for guest requests and maintenance.
• Plan rosters and schedules to maintain inspected rooms during peak times and holidays.
• Train staff to ensure multi-skilled capabilities and adherence to standards.
• Ensure compliance with fire, hygiene, health and safety policies.
