Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 10+ years in Variable Frequency Drives, motor control solutions, product management and offer marketing.
• Strong understanding of industrial applications, automation architectures and energy efficiency solutions.

• Develop and execute VFD portfolio strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Define roadmaps for LV/MV and specialized drive solutions.
• Manage full offer lifecycle: launch, enhancements, rationalization, phase-out.
• Identify new market opportunities and adjacent growth areas.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking; translate insights into opportunities.
• Own growth, profitability and market share targets for the VFD portfolio.
• Support pricing strategy and margin optimization initiatives.
• Develop business cases for new product introductions and investments.
• Track portfolio performance and recommend actions.
• Engage with key customers, consultants, OEMs, EPCs and channel partners.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market execution with sales and marketing teams.
• Create sales enablement tools and marketing collateral; support digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with global offer management, engineering, sales, operations and supply chain.
