Arabian Paws Veterinary Clinic – Dubai is seeking a professional Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. You will greet clients and pets, manage bookings, handle calls and inquiries, and maintain detailed client records with a friendly, efficient approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as Veterinary Receptionist or clinic receptionist is preferred.
• Experience in a veterinary clinic or pet-care environment is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong computer and administrative skills, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and their pets in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointments, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client communications.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and other clinic staff.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle basic cash/transaction records.
• Explain clinic services, vaccination schedules, grooming, boarding, and other available services to clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, treatments, vaccinations, and pending payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalates medical or complex issues to the veterinary team.
• Support the daily administrative operations of the clinic.
