Job summary

OC Pets Veterinary Clinic in Dubai's Business Bay is seeking a skilled Veterinary Nurse to support veterinarians in examinations, surgeries, and patient care.

You will handle venipuncture, anesthesia monitoring, lab tests, medical records, and client education while maintaining a clean, organized clinic. This role requires English communication and the ability to lift and restrain animals; MOCCAE license is needed or eligible.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Veterinary Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Nurse in a clinical setting.
• MOCCAE license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proficiency in venipuncture, catheter placement, and anesthesia monitoring.
• Experience with digital radiography and laboratory equipment.
• Knowledge of veterinary pharmacy and medication administration.
• Strong infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic a plus).
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and restrain animals; computer literacy with veterinary software.
