Whiskers And Wags Veterinary Clinic in Dubai is seeking a qualified and compassionate Veterinary Nurse to join our team. You will assist veterinarians with procedures, monitor patients, and administer treatments with empathy and precision.

You will educate pet owners on care plans, maintain accurate medical records, and keep the clinic clean and organized to support safe, high-quality care. A customer-focused approach is essential in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years experience in a veterinary nursing role ideally within the UAE.
• Strong clinical knowledge and technical skills including handling and restraining animals.
• Empathy and communication skills for both animals and their owners.
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

What this role is responsible for

Patient Care

• Assist veterinarians with medical procedures surgeries and diagnostics.
  
• Monitor patients vital signs and provide post-operative care.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinary team.
  

Client Support

• Educate pet owners on preventative care treatment plans and post-procedure instructions.
  
• Build trust and rapport with clients and answer their questions and concerns professionally.
  

Operational Support

• Maintain accurate patient records medical histories and treatment details.
  
• Keep equipment and treatment areas clean sterilised and ready for use.
  
• Assist in inventory management for medical supplies.
  

Requirements
