You will follow the retail sales process from prospecting to delivery, build lasting customer relationships, maintain accurate records, and monitor market trends to support the Sales Manager.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer relationship management and consultative selling.
• Willing to work in Al Ain, UAE.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Follow the retail sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
• Promote Finance Insurance products and related services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete all sales documentation.
• Maintain showroom VI standards and monitor market trends/competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager and ensure high customer satisfaction.
