Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Ajman is seeking a Sales Executive to build strong customer relationships and guide buyers through vehicle selections.

Qualifications

• Degree education is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar sales position in retail sales.
• Good knowledge of MS Office products.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Achieve and maintain company prescribed sales standards to enhance company and brand image.
• Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets across all areas.
• Achieve or exceed Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) objectives to maximize customer satisfaction and encourage repeat sales.
• Ensure high levels of customer service during sales interactions.
• Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems; manage leads and data input.
• Ensure adherence to cash and credit handling procedures.
• Continuously improve knowledge of product range and industry developments.
