You will advise customers, promote Nissan products and finance options, and maintain showroom standards while building lasting relationships through a professional, customer-focused approach.

Experience in automotive sales and a proven track record are essential, and relocation to Al Ain is expected for this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales or related sales.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer relationship management and consultative selling.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work in Al Ain, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Follow Nissan retail sales process from prospecting to delivery and post-sale follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
• Promote Finance & Insurance products and related services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete all sales documentation.
• Maintain showroom visual identity per Nissan guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and support showroom standards and promotional activities.
