Al-Futtaim Automotive in Al Ain is seeking a Sales Executive to join the Toyota Al Ain team. You will drive retail sales, promote F&I products, and build lasting client relationships in a premium automotive environment.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining brand image while working with a dedicated team in a dynamic showroom setting.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail (luxury automotive preferred).
• Strong upselling skills and ability to create value from new products.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; fluent English required.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer choices.
• Arabic language is desirable; UAE driving license required.

Mansioni

• Achieve and maintain sales targets for Toyota in Al Ain.
• Maximize uptake of F&I products, trade-ins and accessories.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSV) and Net Promoter Score.
• Handle cash and credit transactions in line with company procedures.
