Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Buying Coordinator to support the buying team by maintaining accurate reports, stock levels and vehicle purchase records. You will work closely with the Buying Manager to ensure timely data, proper documentation, and compliance with procedures.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication across departments to keep stock movements smooth and ready for sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly buying reports, stock reports, and management trackers, ensuring timeliness and data accuracy.
• Create and update vehicle purchase, costing, mileage, location, status, and stock information in SAP and other approved systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate stock transfer orders and vehicle movements between buying locations, workshops, preparation facilities, and sales locations, ensuring seamless logistics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies by maintaining organized records, protecting confidential information, and escalating issues like missing approvals or reporting variances promptly.
• Support the Buying Manager in administrative functions and report preparation, ensuring documentation and system records are precise and audit-ready.
• Follow up on cleaning, servicing, and preparation status of vehicles to ensure readiness for sales.
