Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in buying/purchase coordination or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and record accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly buying reports.
• Update stock reports and management trackers accurately and within required timelines.
• Maintain complete records relating to vehicle purchasing and stock movements.
• Identify incomplete information or documentation and follow up with the relevant parties.
• Coordinate stock transfers and monitor vehicle movements.
