Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Buying Coordinator to manage buying reports and stock data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. You will coordinate vehicle purchases, transfers and documentation while supporting the Buying Manager with administration and audit-ready records.

The role requires strong Excel skills, SAP familiarity and excellent communication for cross‑department coordination in a fast-paced environment. On-site position in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Experience in buying coordination or purchasing roles, with 3+ years in the field.
• Proficient in Excel and related software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update and maintain daily/weekly/monthly buying and stock reports and trackers.
• Create/update vehicle purchase data, costs, mileage, location, status and stock in SAP and other systems.
• Coordinate stock transfers and vehicle movements between buying locations, workshops and sales sites.
• Maintain compliant records and escalate missing approvals or variances promptly.
• Assist Buying Manager with admin tasks and audit-ready documentation.
• Track cleaning, servicing and readiness status of vehicles for sales.
