Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Buying Coordinator in the United Arab Emirates to support buying administration and ensure accurate stock management and vehicle purchasing records. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication across departments to maintain smooth stock movements.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in buying coordination, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly buying reports, stock reports, and management trackers with data accuracy.
• Create and update vehicle purchase, costing, mileage, location, status, and stock information in SAP and approved systems.
• Coordinate stock transfer orders and vehicle movements between buying locations, workshops, preparation facilities, and sales locations.
• Maintain organized records, protect confidential information, and escalate issues like missing approvals or variances promptly.
• Support the Buying Manager in administrative tasks and reporting to ensure audit-ready records.
• Follow up on cleaning, servicing, and preparation status of vehicles to ensure readiness for sales.
