Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Abu Dhabi is seeking a part-time Buying Coordinator to manage buying administration, reports, and stock movements. The role supports the Buying Manager with timely, accurate records and coordinated vehicle acquisition activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in buying or purchase coordination, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven coordination and organizational abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and data reconciliation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly buying reports, stock reports, and management trackers ensuring completeness and timeliness.
• Create and update vehicle purchase, costing, mileage, location, status, and stock information in SAP and other systems for accurate records.
• Coordinate stock transfer orders and vehicle movement between various locations, following up on cleaning, servicing, and preparation status.
• Maintain organized records, protect confidential information, and elevate exceptions such as missing approvals or process variances.
• Support the Buying Manager and team with the administration of vehicle acquisition activities ensuring alignment with procedures.
• Ensure all documentation and system records are accurate and compliant with approved procedures.
