Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or automotive vocational route.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Good knowledge of automobile sales and customer handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle handover with high service quality.
• Liaise with PDI and sales to schedule handover appointments.
• Prepare a Vehicle Configuration Record before delivery.
• Notify customers of delays or changes to requirements to ensure smooth handover.
• Explain vehicle features and warranties to new owners to enhance experience.
• Introduce customers to the service department and coordinate with logistics for deliveries.
• Maintain delivery records and deliver daily status reports to line manager.
