ALBA CORP in Dubai seeks a Workshop Coordinator to supervise end-to-end vehicle repairs, parts procurement, and showroom readiness. You will coordinate with partner workshops, manage pickups, track timelines, and maintain records to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The role requires strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and cross-department collaboration to support fast-paced showroom operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the automotive industry (workshop, logistics, or coordination roles preferred).
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with workflow tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle repairs and preparation with partner workshops.
• Arrange vehicle pick-up and drop-off between showroom and workshops.
• Monitor repair timelines and resolve delays.
• Liaise with sales to address last-minute vehicle needs before handover.
• Manage sourcing and timely delivery of vehicle parts; maintain records.
