Job summary

Kavak GCC in Dubai is seeking an energetic automotive sales professional to handle inquiries, qualify buyers, and recommend vehicles to meet monthly targets. You will present vehicles, arrange test drives, and negotiate prices, while maintaining accurate customer records in the OMS.

Success depends on understanding the UAE market, proactive follow-ups, and upselling finance, insurance, warranties, and other services.

Qualifications

2-3 years of sales experience, preferably automotive.
Understanding of UAE automotive market and customer expectations.
Ability to work toward monthly sales targets in a competitive environment.
Customer-oriented mindset with proactive sales and follow-ups.
Basic MS Office skills and experience with CRM/OMS systems.
Good command of English; Arabic/French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle visit appointment clients inquiry, understand requirements, qualify & recommend suitable vehicle.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute towards the showroom's overall business objectives.
Follow up with potential customers regularly and convert enquiries into successful sales.
Conduct vehicle presentations, explain features & specifications, arrange test drives, and handle price negotiations.
Maintain accurate customer profiles, update the OMS system, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Identify opportunities for additional revenue through finance, insurance, warranties, Service Contract and other ancillary products.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation, vehicle delivery, and customer satisfaction.
