Job summary

KAVAK in Dubai seeks a results-driven Purchasing and Retail Sales Associate to inspect vehicles, close deals from appointment leads, and source quality used cars through market channels. You will collaborate with Retail Sales to optimize trade-ins and expand sourcing channels for imports and exports, while ensuring SOP compliance.

You will also work with dealers, enroll them in KAVAK Auction, and continuously update market intelligence on pricing and stock in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Data analysis, testing and piloting, process optimization; ability to work with data teams.
• UAE/GCC market understanding is preferred.

• Inspecting vehicles and closing deals from customer appointment leads
• Supporting Retail Sales team for closing Trade-in deals
• Sourcing Quality used cars from market through online and direct channels
• Achieve overall purchase units and Gross profit
• Developing new Business channels for sourcing from all markets.
• Creating opportunities for sourcing to import & export used cars.
• Managing Dealer enrolment and engagement in KAVAK Auction platform.
• Constantly updating Market intel on pricing and stock availability of new & used cars.
• 100% compliance to SOP’s and ensure all procedures are adhered to all time.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• University / Diploma / College Graduate or Equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in a relevant position
• UAE/GCC region experience is preferred
