Kavak is expanding in the GCC and seeks an automotive sales professional in Dubai to handle client inquiries, present vehicles, arrange test drives, and close sales. You will work with CRM/OMS and MS Office, maintaining customer profiles and pursuing upsell opportunities in finance, insurance, warranties, and other products.

Fluency in English; Arabic/French a plus. Minimum 2–3 years sales experience required; UAE market knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

2–3 years of sales experience, preferably automotive
Good understanding of the UAE automotive market and customer expectations
Ability to meet monthly sales targets in a competitive environment
Customer-oriented mindset with proactive sales and follow-ups
Basic working knowledge of MS Office and CRM/OMS systems

Responsabilités

Handle visit appointment clients inquiry, understand requirements, qualify & recommend suitable vehicle.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute towards showroom objectives.
Follow up with potential customers regularly and convert enquiries into sales.
Conduct vehicle presentations, explain features, arrange test drives, and handle price negotiations.
Maintain accurate customer profiles, update the OMS system, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Identify opportunities for additional revenue through finance, insurance, warranties, and other ancillary products.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation, vehicle delivery, and customer satisfaction.
