Job summary

KAVAK in Abu Dhabi is seeking a performance-driven sales professional to manage visit inquiries, qualify requirements, and recommend suitable vehicles. You will present vehicles, coordinate test drives, and negotiate pricing while maintaining accurate customer records and updating the OMS.

You will work toward monthly targets, uncover opportunities for financing and ancillary products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
• Good understanding of the UAE automotive market and customer expectations.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with proactive sales and follow-ups.
• Basic MS Office and CRM/OMS knowledge.
• Nice to have: used-car sales or multi-brand dealership experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle specs, market pricing, and financing basics.

Responsibilities

• Handle visit inquiries, understand requirements, qualify and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom objectives.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, explain features, arrange test drives, negotiate price.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, update the OMS, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for finance, insurance, warranties, and other ancillary products.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation and delivery.
