Job summary

CARIVA is seeking a Sales Advisor in Dubai to guide customers through the used-vehicle buying journey, from assessment to final paperwork. You will deliver confident pitches, handle objections, and balance profitability with customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in used car sales, strong English skills, and a proactive, independent work style. Arabic is a plus. UAE driving license is required, and CRM proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive field.
• 2+ years in used automobile sales; showroom experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive used vehicle sales by guiding customers from assessment to final paperwork.
• Engage buyers in person, by phone and online; negotiate pricing and financing options.
• Perform hands-on vehicle assessments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support marketing by promoting listings and monitoring market trends.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to nurture long-term relationships.
