Job summary

Cars24 Arabia in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our UAE team. You will greet customers, conduct test drives at the hub, and follow SOPs to deliver smooth experiences.

You will promote value-added services and clearly present financing and insurance options, helping buyers make informed decisions while building trust and long-term relationships. The role requires 2–3 years in auto sales and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in the automobile industry.
• Solid understanding of the used car market.
• Ability to talk engines, parts, and mechanical aspects with confidence.
• Laser-sharp attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with customers.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the hub and arrange test drives.
• Follow SOPs to deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Promote and sell value-added services (VAS) to enhance the purchase.
• Present financing and insurance (F&I) options clearly and confidently.
• Deliver personalized service by addressing each customer’s needs.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
