• 7–10 years of investment management or corporate finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of investment instruments, portfolio management, financial modelling, risk management, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term investment strategies to increase non-government income.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes with liquidity for operations.
• Manage short-term investments to optimize returns while maintaining liquidity.
• Develop long-term opportunities to support financial sustainability and capital growth.
• Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, due diligence, and risk assessments for proposed investments.
• Recommend asset allocation, diversification, and portfolio rebalancing strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance against targets and benchmarks; propose corrective actions.
• Identify and evaluate fund managers, investment advisors, and partners.
• Establish investment policies and governance to ensure compliance and protection.
• Prepare reports and present opportunities, performance, and risk to leadership and Board.
