Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Experience in operations, last mile delivery, logistics, or similar environment is valuable.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to operational detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day end-to-end execution across a combination of smaller Amazon Now operating sites.
• Supervise last mile delivery activities and monitor operational flow throughout the day.
• Ensure customer-facing service metrics remain within required performance levels.
• Balance delivery performance with cost targets, safety requirements, and team morale.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational compliance across assigned locations.
• Identify process deviations and take timely action to restore standard execution.
• Drive performance management for team members and riders.
• Provide structured coaching and feedback based on observed performance and data.
• Develop and implement training plans for riders according to capability and performance needs.
