Job summary

J.P. Morgan Private Banking in the UAE seeks a banker to lead new client acquisition and retention, leveraging investments, banking, trust services, and financial planning to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate specialists, ensure high-quality service, and align products with client goals while adhering to risk management policies in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Private Banking with UAE UHNW clients.
• Proven sales success including prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and team-building abilities.
• Understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts and wealth planning opportunities.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory and technology environment.
• Emirati male nationals must have completed or have no obligatory military service obligations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new UAE clients, building a robust pipeline.
• Sell and implement investment, banking and trust/estate products to core clients.
• Coordinate with Investors, Capital Advisor, Trust & Estate Advisor and Wealth Advisor to deliver interdisciplinary expertise.
• Manage accounts with complete client profiles and risk/compliance adherence.
• Build trust and effectively manage client relationships to maximize value.
• Align products with client needs and goals to deliver wealth management solutions.
