Europe Link Tourism LLC in Dubai is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive new business within the UAE travel and tourism market. You will identify opportunities, handle inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings across tour packages, hotels, transfers, and related services.

You will develop corporate accounts, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Competenze

Proven sales experience in the UAE travel and tourism industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of UAE tourism products, tour packages, and customer requirements.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Experience handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Candidates without relevant UAE travel and tourism sales experience will not be considered.

Mansioni

Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, cold calling, networking, referrals, and corporate visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with individual customers, corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
Handle incoming customer inquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, email, and social media professionally and promptly.
Promote and sell inbound tourism services, tour packages, hotel bookings, sightseeing activities, airport transfers, and travel-related services.
Understand customer requirements, prepare competitive quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to maximize sales conversions.
Develop new corporate accounts and establish long-term business relationships.
Coordinate with the operations team and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, sales leads, quotations, bookings, and follow-up activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
Provide regular sales activity reports and updates to management.
