Job summary

YARISH TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC in Dubai seeks a proactive Holiday Sales professional to generate new enquiries and develop repeat business. You will understand client budgets, tailor itineraries, cost packages, and coordinate with hotels and suppliers to close bookings.

Responsibilities include preparing clear quotations, managing reservations, and supporting customers before, during and after travel to meet sales and profit targets.

Qualifications

• Strong destination knowledge and itinerary-building skills.
• Experience in supplier coordination, costing and booking management.
• Ability to independently handle holiday enquiries from quotation to completion.
• Strong English communication, sales and customer service skills.
• UAE travel market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new holiday enquiries and actively develop repeat and referral business.
• Understand customer budgets and preferences to recommend suitable destinations.
• Create customised itineraries and accurately cost holiday packages.
• Coordinate with hotels, destination management companies and other suppliers.
• Prepare quotations with clear inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms.
• Follow up on enquiries, close bookings and achieve agreed sales and gross-profit targets.
• Coordinate reservations and support customers before, during and after travel.
