S W D Travel Dubai LLC in United Arab Emirates is seeking a travel sales specialist to handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins, selling pilgrimage tours, group tours and customized holidays.

You will explain itineraries, inclusions and travel requirements; convert leads into bookings to meet monthly targets; maintain relationships and coordinate with operations for smooth travel execution, keeping accurate records and staying updated on offerings.

Qualifications

Proven travel sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
Knowledge of international travel, visas, and pilgrimage tours preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Comfortable with CRM systems, WhatsApp, and email communication.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins.
Sell travel packages such as pilgrimage tours, group tours and customized holidays.
Explain itineraries, inclusions, exclusions and travel requirements to customers.
Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
Coordinate with operations for smooth booking and travel execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and bookings.
Stay updated with travel products, destinations and company offerings.
